Tasks

We are looking for a live-in carer to support an 73 years old woman, on a 2-week on, 2-week off rotation, on a self-employed basis, in Chelmsford.

The person to be looked after lived independently until May, when she fell and had to stay 4 weeks in hospital. Since Susan was released from hospital, uses a walking stick and her family wants someone to help her with her daily routines. She needs support, specially when she is outdoors. Susan enjoys shopping and going for long walks so needs somebody who encourages her to keep active. It is important to note that there is a small dog in the house.  

Tasks include house-keeping, preparing meals, supervision with personal care, hygiene, general supervision and companionship.
